Be the reason your school is kinder.
RILEY’S WAY CLUBS
Riley’s Way Clubs are student-led groups in high schools that bring kindness, empathy, and inclusive leadership into everyday school life.
You don't need a title or a perfect plan. Just the desire to make your world a little kinder.
Create Change.
Build Community.
Lead With Kindness.
WHAT IS A RILEY’S WAY CLUB?
Riley's Way Clubs are student-led groups in high schools that bring kindness, empathy, and inclusive leadership into everyday school life. Each Club creates a space where students work together to strengthen their school community and to make a positive impact beyond it.
Clubs meet at least once a month, guided by a student executive team, supported by a faculty advisor, and connected to the broader Riley's Way network. When you start or join a Club, you become part of a national movement of young changemakers who believe kindness is a powerful form of leadership.
A space where kindness leads.

Kind Leadership Certification
“Riley’s Way has helped me grow as a leader by teaching me the importance of kindness, communication, and teamwork. Through planning events and working with other [club] members, I’ve learned how to listen to others’ ideas and take initiative.
Being part of this community has made me more confident in my voice and excited to keep making a difference.”
